This position monitors, manages, leads, innovates, and ensures compliance to contractual obligations, ensuring forward-looking innovations are continually assessed, contractual compliance, periodic auditing as needed, engagement with staff, and completion of special projects, as assigned. The Airport Operations Contracts Manager integrates critical safety, security, and compliance initiatives across the Authority with internal and external stakeholders. Under the general direction of the Airport Operations Manager-Airfield, the Airport Operations Supervisor-Airfield is responsible for overseeing airport operations, aviation administration, and facilities management. This role includes monitoring airport facilities, safety programs, security functions, and various operations to ensure effective passenger and public services. The primary focus is to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including FAA 14 CFR Part 139, as well as other federal, state, and city regulations.

The Business Systems Analyst II – GIS develops data collection apps and analytics (i.e. dashboards, reports etc.) within the suite of ESRI’s low-code / no-code applications. Supporting GIS (ESRI/CityWorks), this role requires independent work as well as the ability to guide and mentor junior team members, collaborate with consulting resources, and assist with work orders. The role requires demonstrated proficiency in business process analysis and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with specialized knowledge in enterprise systems or geospatial technologies considered highly valuable for organizational digital transformation initiatives.
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Real Estate, the Director of Commercial Real Estate is responsible for the management and development of Real Estate for the Authority. The Director of Commercial Real Estate implements the Authority’s real estate development strategy, provides advice regarding all real estate activities within the airport system, conducts negotiations, and monitors other potential areas that might present risk for each transaction and/or venture. This role develops, implements and manages a robust real estate program in alignment with current market opportunities, the Authority's Master Plans, and will strive to creatively maximize the use of available Authority land at Tampa International and General Aviation Airports.
