The Airport Duty Manager evaluates any incidents and escalates through Executive Management if required, initiating the Emergency Response Plans with little to no guidance. The Airport Duty Manager is responsible for all forward-planning operations for the Authority and ensuring the successful proactive management of the operation focused on safety, security, customer service, and efficiency.
