Entry Level Ops Manager are leaders that drive sales, service, and operational excellence in the Location. A Shift Supervisor will perform some coaching/training functions, direct the execution of merchandising standards, and provide overall Zone supervision during assigned shifts.
Assist management with customer service, merchandising and inventory to drive sales. Open and close the store, promoting a positive working environment for the staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Maintain superior knowledge of store products, resolve customer concerns, and partner with store leadership team when needed. Complete shift opening/closing cash counts and related paperwork, ensure visual standards are followed and ensure a safe environment for customers and employees. Previous experience as a Supervisor may be required.
