TPA’s Parking Account Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
One winner will receive two (2) round-trip tickets to London on Virgin Atlantic.
All entries are subject to the specific Sweepstakes terms and conditions of Virgin Atlantic, which are available upon request via email to Senior Marketing Manager, Ilana Goldenberg, at [email protected] or by mail to Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, P.O. Box 22287, Tampa, FL 33622.
Contest Rules:
Anyone who creates a Tampa International Airport parking account on https://park.tampaairport.com/book/TPA/MyAccount?cmd=createAccount during the contest period is automatically entered into the sweepstakes and is eligible to win the prize.
Contest period begins on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. ET and concludes on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. Any entries received prior to Monday, October 19, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. ET or after Monday, November 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET will not be accepted or entered in the contest.
The Prize Winner will contact Ilana Goldenberg in the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport Marketing Department at [email protected] to arrange for pickup of the prize at the Prize Winner’s own expense. Travel dates are subject to airline schedule and availability.
All entries become the property of Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport and may be used for promotional purposes.
Eligibility:
No purchase is necessary to enter. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport reserves the right to disqualify any participant or Prize Winner who, in its sole decision, tamper with the entry process, violate the official rules of these Sweepstakes, or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Entries that do not contain all the required elements will be disqualified and will not be considered for the drawing. Eligibility is determined by contest judges and their decision is final.
Contest is open to legal residents of Florida, excluding current employees of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority and their immediate family members. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age at time of contest entry.
Selection and Award of Prizes:
All eligible entries will be entered into a drawing, and one entry will be selected from the pool of eligible entries as the Prize Winner.
The Prize Winner will be notified with a reply to the email address from which he or she submitted their entry immediately following the selection of the winning entry. The Prize Winner must confirm receipt of email and eligibility requirements by date specified in email to receive the Prize.
The Prize Winner will be notified by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 6, 2026 via email.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the Prize Winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Limitations of Liability:
Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport and its Board members, directors, officers, employees and agents assume no responsibility or liability for (1) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (3) errors in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the contest; or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.
As a condition to participating in this contest, contestant agrees:
- that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this contest, or any prize awarded as a result of this contest, shall be resolved individually and exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Tampa, Florida;
- that all claims, judgments and awards resulting from any arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest but in no event attorney fees;
- that under no circumstances will contestant be permitted to obtain awards for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses as set forth above, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased;
- that Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport reserves the right to establish additional or different contest rules as may be required by law; and
- to be bound by the official rules of these Sweepstakes and the decisions of Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport, which shall be final, and that all federal, state and local laws apply.
