Between February 5, 2025 and February 13, 2025, reservations made for the Economy Parking Garage at Tampa International Airport (TPA) pre-booked online at TampaAirport.com/Park will be eligible for a 20% discount off the total booking fee if the scheduled reservation results in a vehicle being in the Economy Parking Garage on February 14, 2025.

Only the Economy Parking Garage is eligible for this promotion.
Only pre-booked reservations are eligible for this promotion. The promotion cannot be used if a ticket is pulled at the Economy Parking Garage gate without a prior reservation.
All participants agree to these Terms and Conditions by virtue of booking parking during this period.
Reservations must be made between February 5, 2025 and February 13, 2025 and the vehicle must be in the Economy Parking Garage on February 14, 2025.

Limitations of Liability:

Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport and its Board members, directors, officers, employees and agents assume no responsibility or liability for (1) an individual’s receipt and/or redemption of TPA’s parking discount; (2) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport that may affect an individual’s use of the discount; (3) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the discount.

As a condition to redeeming TPA’s parking discount, participants agree:

(i) that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with TPA’s parking discount shall be resolved individually and exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Tampa, Florida;

(ii) that all claims, judgments and awards resulting from any arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with redeeming TPA’s parking discount but in no event attorney fees;

(iii) that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses as set forth above, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased;

(iv) that Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport reserves the right to establish additional or different Terms and Conditions as may be required by law; and

(v) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport, which shall be final, and that all federal, state and local laws apply.
