Terms and Conditions

Between September 6, 2023 and September 20, 2023, every retail concession located at Tampa International Airport will hide a printed airplane at its location each day. One winner will find the hidden printed airplane at each retail concession location each day. There cannot be more than one winner at a retail concession location on a given day. Each day, the winner at each retail concession location (the individual who finds the hidden printed airplane) will receive one Apple Air Tag and one Apple Air Tag holder.

All participants agree to these Terms and Conditions by virtue of participating in TPA’s Golden Airplane Contest.
There is no purchase necessary to participate in TPA’s Golden Airplane Contest.
Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole discretion, tampers with the TPA Golden Airplane Contest process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Current employees of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority and employees of Tampa International Airport tenants are not eligible.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitations of Liability:

Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport and its Board members, directors, officers, employees and agents assume no responsibility or liability for (1) an individual’s participation in the TPA Golden Airplane Contest; (2) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport that may cause the TPA Golden Airplane Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (3) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the TPA Golden Airplane Contest; or (4) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the TPA Golden Airplane Contest.

As a condition to participating in the TPA Golden Airplane Contest, participants agree:

(i) that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the TPA Golden Airplane Contest, or any prize awarded as a result thereof, shall be resolved individually and exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Tampa, Florida;

(ii) that all claims, judgments and awards resulting from any arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Tampa Golden Airplane Contest but in no event attorney fees;

(iii) that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses as set forth above, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased;

(iv) that Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport reserves the right to establish additional or different Terms and Conditions and/or contest rules as may be required by law; and

(v) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Hillsborough County Aviation Authority/Tampa International Airport, which shall be final, and that all federal, state and local laws apply.
