"Supplier" is defined as an individual or business that provides goods and/or services.

To register as a supplier for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Authority), click on the "Click to Proceed" button at the bottom of this page to access the online application.

The supplier database is used by the Authority to obtain pricing for goods and services and to collect DBE and W/MBE data. The database is also used by companies to identify prime contractors and subcontractors.

• All suppliers receive notification emails of current solicitation opportunities and annual registration updates.
• Supplier Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN) or Foreign Tax Identification Numbers are used as a unique identifier and are not viewable by public users of the database.
• All supplier information, with the exception of Federal Identification Numbers or Foreign Tax Identification Numbers, will be accessible by other suppliers who may be seeking subcontractors.
• For this purpose, "Foreign" is defined as a business which is incorporated under the laws of a nation other than the United States.
• Suppliers must complete and submit to the Authority one of the following forms to finalize the application process.
• W-9
• W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding)
