The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is authorized 515 employees, 27 of these are directors and the remaining are in the classified service.
When a director level position occurs, recruitment is done through newspaper and/or trade publications. All other recruitment is done through the Hillsborough County Civil Service Office located on the 17th floor of the County Center at 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., P. O. Box 1110, Tampa, FL 33601.
